Economic Justification for Sealcoating

Sealcoating will save real dollars as shown in the following tabulation. The cost Contact JDK Pavement - A Sealcoating Company, at 603.532.1100savings will be a substantial 65% if the pavement is maintained according toa schedule recommended by the manufacturer. Unsealed pavements will require repairs starting with the second year and a one(1) inch overlay every seven years. The damage to the unsealed pavement could be even more costly if the proper repair schedule is ignored.
