Paving NH MA

At JDK Pavement, we have enjoyed success as a residential paver serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont for many years. We believe this success stems from our commitment to providing our customers with quality and value that lasts for years to come, and are firm believers in the saying that "you get what you pay for". For that reason, competing with pavers who sell for less has never concerned us. We never cut corners or skimp on materials, and that makes all the difference.

With residential paving services from JDK you get friendly service and professional paving that provides long-term quality and appeal. With the expertise and equipment at our disposal, the quality of your new driveway will prove itself through harsh New England winters and blistering summers for years to come.

As an added benefit, if your pavement or driveway eventually needs crack repair or seal coating JDK Pavement can help there as well.

Residential Paving Services from JDK Pavement include:

Residential Paving that Delivers Long-Term Quality

Weather and time are the two major factors working against your driveway. At JDK, we take the necessary steps to extend the life of your asphalt and save you money in the long-haul. Before an ounce of asphalt is ever poured, we make sure that the surface of your driveway will be level and that water will properly drain without pooling. Especially considering the weather our driveways face in the northeast, these steps are critical in completing a driveway that will last. On top of this, we are always available to answer any questions you might have about care, maintenance, and repair.

Frequently Asked Questions about Driveway Paving and More:

Q."Do I need one or two coats?"

A. In most cases, especially for new installations, we recommend two coats for added longevity and a nicer appearance. Two coat driveways include a three quarter or half inch stone layer, a strong base of pavement, and then a topcoat. By including two coats, your pavement will have a tighter seal that is better prepared to hold up against the elements. It will also look newer for much longer. In almost every case, we recommend two coats for new installations.

"Do you only do driveways?"

A. Not exactly. If it's residential and involves paving - there's a chance that we can help. That includes driveways, parking areas, sidewalks of all sizes, basketball courts, and more.

"How long will I need to stay off the paved surface?"

A. You can walk on newly paved asphalt shortly after it is rolled and compressed. However, it is best to wait at least 3 days before driving on a new driveway.

"How long can I expect my driveway to last?"

A. With proper maintenance and periodic seal coating, driveways should last between 15 and 20 years.
