Why is Pothole Filler© so great?
This product can effectively repair defects in only 5 to 10 minutes and be firm enough to drive on within 30 to 40 minutes! POTHOLE FILLER is a revolutionary cold applied, self-priming and self leveling liquid emulsion that eliminates Health and Safety issues and application problems associated with conventional products. Similar to "Velocity Patching" it does not have to be compacted, and leaving the rough edge round the defect gives the new material a surface to key into. The liquid emulsion penetrates the cracks within the void, thus sealing it from the ingress of water. You simply prepare the defect, mix the product, pour it in, and watch it set.

Infrared recycles old pavement into virtually new. |

Using the infrared asphalt recycler, our crew warms the existing asphalt in and around the repair area to over 300°F, the same temperature that new asphalt is when manufactured at the plant. We then take an asphalt rake and rake the asphalt as if it was brand new material. We can heat as large as a 6' x 8' (48' sq.) or as small as a 2'x2' (4'sq) area at a time. We can continually move the machine to efficiently tackle those extra long areas. Once the old pavement has been heated and raked, crews add new asphalt as needed to meet the grade and then compact the area with

| a vibratory roller. With JDK's infrared method, you get a permanent patch without a seam. The infrared actually heats the adjacent area too, so there is no seam and water cannot get in because there is no "joint". |
