POTHOLE FILLER is a revolutionary cold applied, self-priming and self leveling liquid emulsion that eliminates Health and Safety issues and application problems associated with conventional products. Similar to "Velocity Patching" it does not have to be compacted, and leaving the rough edge round the defect gives the new material a surface to key into. The liquid emulsion penetrates the cracks within the void, thus sealing it from the ingress of water. You simply prepare the defect, mix the product, pour it in, and watch it set.
